Photo previews are decoded locally. Clicking Generate uploads prepared photos for moderation and generation as described below. Reloading or leaving clears the local photo selection.
Where a legal basis is required, processing is necessary to provide the requested service, satisfy legal obligations and pursue legitimate interests in security, abuse prevention and support, subject to your rights. We seek consent where applicable law requires it.
We automatically record a random browser identifier, campaign tags, referring domain, landing path, IP-derived country, device/browser/operating-system families, visit times and product events. Product events include registration, checkout creation, generation outcomes and download clicks. A download click does not prove a completed download. We do not store full IP addresses, precise location, full user agents, photo content or authentication tokens in the attribution records.
After registration, browsing can be linked to your account. Purchases are attributed to the earliest recorded source for that account, which later visits do not replace. Separate receipt and refund records support transaction reporting, independently of visit collection; without usable source evidence, marketing source is marked unknown. Anonymous visits across devices are not matched using fingerprints.
Analytics starts when you visit the website, without an analytics acceptance prompt. You can contact support with access, objection or deletion requests; we remove behavioral data and marketing links while retaining financial records where required. Analytics detail is retained for 13 months; account and order source snapshots follow the account and transaction retention process below. Only authorized administrators can access customer attribution reports.

Selecting, swapping or removing a photo previews it locally in browser memory. Clicking Generate sends prepared copies to fal storage and SeeAPI. Images are resized without cropping and metadata is removed. SeeAPI checks both photos for NSFW and special-care content. Approved photos are submitted to fal and its ByteDance model partners with the fixed prompt, reference scene and selected settings. The completed video URL is sent to SeeAPI for a sampled-frame check before delivery.
We store processing and moderation records, including provider media URLs. After generation and approval, we copy the completed video to Cloudflare R2 under an account-specific path and make it available in your signed-in History for 30 days after completion. Photos continue to be hosted by processing providers. Leaving clears local photo selections but does not cancel accepted tasks: callbacks and recovery processing continue without your browser. Download videos you want to keep beyond 30 days.
Provider media URLs must be fetchable by processing services. History queries are restricted to the signed-in account. Generated videos use unlisted public R2 URLs: anyone who obtains a URL may access the file while it remains stored. Expired, blocked or restricted videos are omitted from playback responses; physical R2 expiration is asynchronous and separately configured. Unchecked provider result links are withheld from user API responses.
We use Vercel for application hosting; Neon/PostgreSQL for account, payment, credit, task and investigation records; Cloudflare R2 for public website media and profile avatars that you upload; Google for sign-in; Resend for transactional mail when configured; Waffo Pancake for checkout, payment, taxes and transaction refunds; fal and its ByteDance model partners for photo/video processing and hosting; and SeeAPI (GROWCRAFT PTE. LTD.) for input/output NSFW checks.
Uploaded avatars are stored in R2 to display your profile image. Avatar files use public links and may be accessible to anyone who obtains the link. Replacing an avatar does not establish that the previous object has been deleted. Contact support to request removal; we verify account control and assess storage, cache and backup deletion. Website showcase media is separate from your uploaded generation photos and generated videos.
Providers receive information needed for their functions. Waffo and Google also process information under their own policies. Processing may occur outside China or your country, including internationally distributed infrastructure. Locations and applicable safeguards depend on each provider's service and configuration. We do not assert that all providers use the same location, retention period or transfer arrangement.
See fal, SeeAPI, Vercel, Neon, Cloudflare, Google and Resend privacy policies. Waffo supplies payment privacy terms at checkout. We do not promise immediate provider deletion, permanent availability or that processing providers never retain data.
Generated videos are available in History for 30 days after completion. Historical task metadata may remain after media access expires. R2 lifecycle rules remove archived objects after the configured storage period; provider-hosted originals and backups follow separate retention policies.
Account records are kept while needed to operate the account and handle deletion requests. Task/check records support completion, abuse investigation and credit disputes. Support records support request resolution. Transaction and credit records may be retained for accounting, legal obligations, fraud prevention or disputes. Provider retention separately applies to hosted media and processing records.
Email support to request deletion or ask about your records. We verify account control, stop access as appropriate, assess records that must be retained and request provider deletion where supported. We do not automatically cascade-delete orders or financial evidence. Backups and provider systems can take additional time to erase data. We explain the reason if records must be retained.
Update your profile through account settings. Request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable through support. We may require proportionate verification, preferably via the account email. You may complain to an applicable data protection authority. Provide adult photos only and obtain permission from other depicted adults.
Necessary cookies support sign-in and security; browser preferences are described in the Cookie Policy. Clearing cookies signs you out and does not delete server/provider records. We do not sell your personal information. Material policy changes are normally announced on this website at least 14 days before taking effect; changes required by law or urgent security needs may take effect sooner. We do not retroactively reduce purchased credit rights.
