Alors on Danse AI is operated by an individual based in China. Contact support@alorsondanseai.io for service, billing, refunds, privacy requests, reports and appeals. We respond within 3 business days; resolution may take longer where investigation or a payment provider is involved.
This service generates a two-person white-studio duet using Seedance 2.5 through fal. A 20-second video costs 100 credits and a 30-second video costs 150 credits. Audio is generated using the matching reference video as guidance and may vary from the reference. Generation requires a verified account, sufficient credits and consent. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Upload only photos of adults who consent to this use. You must own or have permission to use each photo and the person's likeness. Your confirmation is a declaration of permission, not our verification of identity, age or ownership. Keep evidence of permission and comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
Keep account details accurate and access secure. You retain rights in your inputs. You permit us and the processing providers identified in our Privacy Policy to process inputs and outputs to provide the requested service, check content and address abuse. This permission does not transfer ownership. We do not guarantee that an AI output is unique, copyrightable, accurate or free of third-party rights. Check rights before use or distribution.
All listed prices are in USD. Basic: USD 9.99 for 100 credits. PRO: USD 29.99 for 330 credits. Both are one-time purchases. Applicable taxes and the total payable are shown before payment at checkout. We sell no subscriptions and perform no automatic renewals or recharges. Registration and sign-in include no free credits.
A 20-second generation costs 100 credits; a 30-second generation costs 150 credits. The selected cost is shown before submission. Each purchase is a separate batch valid for 12 calendar months from successful payment. Expiry is recorded in UTC and displayed in billing. We spend the earliest-expiring available batch first. Expired credits cannot be used. Returned credits retain their original expiry. Credits are personal service units, not money, transferable value or a cash account.
When purchases are enabled, Waffo Pancake acts as Merchant of Record (MoR) for the transaction. It provides hosted checkout, collects payment and handles applicable transaction taxes and payment refunds. Alors on Danse AI operates and delivers the digital service and provides product support. The seller information and payment terms shown by Waffo at checkout apply to that transaction. Production payments are enabled only after account approval and production payment configuration; test payments do not authorize live collection.
Within 7 days of purchase, request a full refund of an entire unused credit pack by emailing support@alorsondanseai.io. Include your account email and order reference; never send a full card number. We check purchase date, usage and transaction status, then coordinate eligible refunds with Waffo to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Waffo and your payment provider. Refunded or disputed purchases may have their associated credits revoked.
Once any credits from a pack have been consumed, that pack is generally not eligible for this voluntary full refund. We do not offer partial cash redemption. This policy does not limit mandatory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights under applicable law. Contact us for an incorrect charge or if you believe those rights apply.
Prepared photos are checked for NSFW and special-care content before submission. An input rejection consumes no generation credits. After both photos pass, credits are reserved and the task submitted. Completed video is checked before a playable or downloadable URL is returned. Checks can misclassify content and do not establish legality.
If generation definitively fails or output is blocked, eligible reserved credits are returned once to their original batches, with the original expiry. Credits from refunded or revoked payments cannot be restored. Ambiguous submission or unavailable checks remain pending for verification and do not automatically trigger another paid generation. A credit return is distinct from a cash refund.
Approved results are saved to Cloudflare R2 and delivered in the result panel and your signed-in History. Videos are available for 30 days after completion; download any you want to keep longer. Expired task entries remain in History without playback. Closing the page does not cancel an accepted task: callbacks and recovery processing continue generation checks, saving and settlement. Contact support if processing remains unresolved.
Output appearance, positions, duration and quality may vary. Label shared results as AI-generated; never present a synthetic performance as authentic evidence or an endorsement. Do not generate sexual content, violent abuse, hate, unsafe child content, deceptive impersonation or infringement. See the AUP. Current automatic checks focus on NSFW content and do not independently verify every prohibited category.
We may withhold content or restrict accounts when investigating misuse, security incidents or payment disputes. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination, subject to applicable law and mandatory refund rights. Appeal to support with a task/account reference. Reports and appeals are reviewed separately from ordinary automatic generation.
Suspension or termination does not automatically erase billing records, forfeit all unused credits or create a cash refund. We assess actual consumption, the reason for restriction and applicable law; contact support about remaining credits. A temporary delivery restriction is separate from an automatic content block: it does not itself return generation credits. Restoring delivery requires successful generation and an approved automatic assessment, and does not bypass checks.
If we permanently discontinue the service for a reason unrelated to your violation, we first reconcile pending tasks and coordinate a refund for eligible unexpired, unconsumed purchased credits. The amount is calculated separately for each credit pack in proportion to its unconsumed credits and the purchase price, with applicable tax and payment-provider adjustments. Credits already refunded, revoked or expired are excluded, subject to mandatory consumer rights. This discontinuation remedy is separate from the voluntary 7-day unused-pack refund policy.
Request account deletion through support@alorsondanseai.io. We verify account control and assess provider deletion and necessary record retention. Deletion does not automatically erase financial records needed for accounting, refunds, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
We take reasonable care to provide the service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or a particular output. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses from misuse, interruptions or reliance on AI output. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Contact support first to resolve a dispute. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain in force.
Material changes are normally announced on this website at least 14 days before taking effect. Changes required by law or urgent security needs may take effect sooner. We do not retroactively reduce purchased credit rights. Alors on Danse AI is independent and does not claim to be an official product of its model or infrastructure providers.
